Schule am Pulvermaar
Our all-day school is much more than just a place for lessons. At Schule am Pulvermaar, children spend their day in a community where learning, movement, creativity and togetherness are in balance. Whether at lunch together, playing in the schoolyard or in one of our numerous clubs - we create spaces in which children can feel at ease, discover new things and develop their strengths.
A clearly structured daily routine with alternating phases of lessons, learning times and free time ensures a natural rhythm. Our teachers have the opportunity to respond to each child individually - to promote talents, close learning gaps and strengthen motivation. This creates a school day that not only imparts knowledge, but also allows children to grow as individuals.
When the pupils go home in the afternoon, the school day is really over - homework has already been completed. In the supervised learning times, the children practise and consolidate what they have learned under the guidance of their teachers. This takes the pressure off families and creates space for time together, hobbies and relaxation. Our all-day school thus combines education and quality of life - with head, heart and hand.
